While rushing out of the house this morning I forgot my cell phone...it felt nice. A little panicky at first, 'how would I get a hold of someone if there was an emergency', 'what if I'm receiving texts and can't respond'...but then I just let go and realized I was no longer preoccupied with who is texting, tagging or posting. I went through the day engaging with people in person and focusing on my own thoughts. Then I came across this 
article and thought, yep, I must maintain my daily dose of deep thinking.
