Last night we rocked out at Surf Bowl in Oceanside,Ca. What was once a grungy bowling alley, was turned into an 80's rock winter wonderland. From the snow, to DIY s'mores, to Allister it was a blast. We dined on delicious food from the MIHO gastrotruck...so you know it was a good night :)

Living my yoga.

It's been a struggle this year to balance work, play and cultivating myself. I am returning to a place of compassionate self development and what better place to start then with my yoga training manual. While I dream of one day being a yoga instructor, right now I need to focus on yoga as my medicine. The building blocks of living a life filled with joy, giving back and flowing with the waves.

Inspiration Field Trip

It's not often that you get to go on a 'field trip' as an adult. Lucky me I work with a great group of people who decided to take us on an inspiration field trip.
We started at the Museum of Photographic Art in Balboa Park, to check out an awesome exhibit titled Soapbox. It is an audience inspired exhibit made of the favorite and least favorite pieces voted on by average museum goers. An interesting and non-traditional approach to curating.
Then we made our way to the New Childrens museum. After a few interactive, curiosity peaking, fun-filled hours there we made our way to view our top retailers in the UTC mall. It was a great day with the team and definitely boosted the morale and team spirit!
